Terms and Conditions

Access and use of Uk Wireless Routers and the services that are offered by Uk Wireless Routers (outlined in clause 2) is subject to the following terms:

  1. 1.1 By using Uk Wireless Routers you agree to these terms and are bound by them and they shall take effect immediately when you first access Uk Wireless Routers. If you do not agree or accept to the following terms you must stop using Uk Wireless Routers and any services immediately.

    1.2 Uk Wireless Routers may change the terms and conditions from time to time, so please read them whenever you are using the site. Your continued use of Uk Wireless Routers shall be deemed as acceptance of any changes or amendments to the terms.

  2. THE SERVICES

    Uk Wireless Routers provides services enabling you and other users to share content and to communicate with each other through private messages, guest books etc.

  3. ACCEPTABLE USE

    3.1 By sharing any content or posting content to Uk Wireless Routers (including articles, other text, images and photographs), you agree and acknowledge that this content is the sole responsibility of the person who posted it or shared it (from whom it orginated).  Uk Wireless Routers does not endorse any content posted or shared by its members or you and you acknowledge that using in Uk Wireless Routers or any of its Services, you may be exposed to offensive and/or indecent content.
    Uk Wireless Routers cannot guarantee or give any warranties as to the accuracy of its content. Use and reliance of any content provided by Uk Wireless Routers or any third party material on the site is entirely at your own risk. Uk Wireless Routers does not accept any liability to any party or any direct, indirect, special or other consequential damages as a result of the use of Uk Wireless Routers.

    3.2 In using Uk Wireless Routers and its Services you agree to the following rules:

    3.2.1 Your posts and/or content shared:

    •    You must not share or post unlawful or objectionable content. This includes defamatory, infringing, obscene, indecent, threatening, abusive, harassing, harmful, profane, sexually oriented, racially offensive or unlawful
    •    Do not spam or post content that is off topic.
    •    Do not post advertising or promoting unless expressly stated otherwise
    •    Do not impersonate someone else
    •    Do not use an inappropriate (vulgar, offensive etc) username
    •    Your posts must be civil and tasteful
    •    You must not use any Uk Wireless Routers Services to send spam, junk email or any unsolicited messages

    3.2.2 Your Uk Wireless Routers account:
    Only one account per person is allowed.
    You must use your own valid email address to register with Uk Wireless Routers.

    Uk Wireless Routers reserves the right to close you account for any reason, including using proxy IP addresses, breaking the rules or terms of Uk Wireless Routers or using a false email address.

    3.2.3 Your personal data:
    You are advised to not reveal any sensitive personal information to anyone else or post such information to Uk Wireless Routers. This includes your telephone number, postal address and home address.

    3.2.4 Legal:
    Do not post or share any content that is defamatory or illegal, with the intention of committing or promoting an illegal act.
    Any content that you post or share must your own original content and must not violate, plagiarise or infringe the rights of any other member, person third party, Uk Wireless Routers.

    3.2.5 Under 16's:
    If you are under the age of 16, you must get your parent or legal guardians permission before registering with Uk Wireless Routers or taking part in any Uk Wireless Routers services or content. Parents or guardians of children under the age of 16 should supervise their access and use and it is the parents or guardians responsibility to determine if the services or content of Uk Wireless Routers is appropriate for the child.

  4. MEMBER ACCOUNT AND PASSWORD

    You are normally required to register as a member with Uk Wireless Routers to use many of the Services of Uk Wireless Routers (you can however read most of the content of Uk Wireless Routers without becoming a member). Becoming a member of Uk Wireless Routers is a free of charge. You will be required to provide certain information such as username, email address and password. It is your responsibility to keep your username and password confidential. You agree to notify Uk Wireless Routers immediately of any unauthorised use of your username and password or any other security breach. Uk Wireless Routers will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage whatsoever that results from the disclosure of your username and password. All passwords are encrypted, so Uk Wireless Routers will not be able to advise you as to what your password is. If you have forgotten your password, you must use the "forgotten password" facility provided.

  5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

    5.1 Uk Wireless Routers, its content, the website design, text and graphics are protected bt copyright, trade marks, patents and any other intellectual property rights and laws. None of the content of Uk Wireless Routers can be downloaded, copied, reproduced, transmitted, stored, sold or distributed  without the prior written consent of Uk Wireless Routers. In accessing Uk Wireless Routers you agree that you will access and view the contents for personal and non-commercial use.

  6. INDEMNITY

    You agree to indemnify and hold Uk Wireless Routers, its employees and agents harmless from and against any breach by you of these Terms and any claim or demand brought against Uk Wireless Routers by any third party arising out of your use of the Services of Uk Wireless Routers and.or any Content submitted, shared, posted or transmitted through the Services, including without limitation, all claims, actions, proceedings, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, expenses (including reasonable legal costs and expenses) howsoever suffered or incurred by Uk Wireless Routers in consequence of your breach of these Terms or written consent of Uk Wireless Routers. In accessing Uk Wireless Routers you agree that you will access and view the contents for personal and non-commercial use.

  7. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Uk Wireless Routers and its Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any representation or endorsement made and without warranty of any kind whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, compatibility, security and accuracy.

    7.2 To the extent permitted by law, Uk Wireless Routers will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage whatsoever (including without limitation loss of business, opportunity, data, profits) arising out of or in connection with the use of Uk Wireless Routers and its Services.

    7.3 Uk Wireless Routers makes no warranty that Uk Wireless Routers or its Services will meet your requirements, that the Content will be accurate or reliable, that the functionality of Uk Wireless Routers or its Services will be uninterrupted or error free, that defects will be corrected or that Uk Wireless Routers or its Services or the server that makes them available are free of viruses or anything else that may be harmful or destructive.

    7.4 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

  8. SEVERANCE

    If any of these Terms and Conditions should be determined to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction then such Term or Condition shall be severed and the remaining Terms and Conditions shall survive and remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.

  9. GOVERNING LAW

    These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
